RESOLUTION NO. 2018-717
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SALE OF KITCHEN
EQUIPMENT FROM THE PUBLIC MARKET BUILDING, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $1,500, TO WILSON RESTAURANT
SUPPLY, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE ANY NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo entered into a lease agreement with Verve for a new
Kombucha&Bistro to be located within the Public Market building, and
WHEREAS, Verve no longer needs kitchen equipment existing within the building and
the City of Waterloo desires to sell the unwanted kitchen equipment, and
WHEREAS, the unwanted kitchen equipment includes two (2) deli cases and two (2)
upright freezers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the bid of Wilson Restaurant Supply for two (2) deli cases and two
(2) upright freezers, in the amount of$1,500, is hereby accepted and approved.
