RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO.l TO THE
APRIL 12, 2017 AGREEMENT FOR GENERAL SERVICES
WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITIES PLANNING AND
NUTRIENT REDUCTION STUDY AND OPERATION
ASSISTANCE BY INCREASING THE AMOUNT TO $64,000
AND AMENDING THE COMPLETION SCHEDULE TO APRIL
30, 2019, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 1 to dated September 24, 2018, between Strand Associates and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, by increasing the amount to $64,000 and amending the completion schedule to
April 30, 2019, in conjunction with the Agreement for General Services Wastewater Treatment
Facilities Planning and Nutrient Reduction Study and Operation Assistance, is hereby approved
and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of September 2018.
