RESOLUTION NO. 2018-720
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES OF
WATERLOO, IOWA IN THE AMOUNT OF $470,000 FOR
ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION RELATED SERVICES
FOR WATERLOO SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM
IMPROVEMENTS TITUS PUMPING STATION AND FORCE
MAIN, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated September 24, 2018, between AECOM Technical
Services of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for engineering and construction
related services for sanitary sewer system improvements to the Titus Pumping Station and force
main, in the amount of $470,000, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of September 2018.
