RESOLUTION NO. 2018-721
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH STRAND ASSOCIATES OF
MADISON,WI IN THE AMOUNT OF $940,000 TO PROVIDE
DESIGN SERVICES FOR WATERLOO SANITARY SEWER
SYSTEM PLANT BIOSOLIDS MODIFICATION PROJECT,
AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated September 24, 2018, between Strand Associates
of Madison, Wisconsin and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the sanitary sewer system plant
biosolids modification project, in the amount of$940,000, is hereby approved and the Mayor and
City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of September 2018.
