RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. AND
SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS OCTOBER 4, 2018
AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS OCTOBER 8, 2018 FOR
THE FY 2019 SIDEWALK REPAIR ASSESSMENT PROGRAM
- ZONE 8, CONTRACT NO. 958, AND INSTRUCT CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the Harold
E. Getty Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 8th day of October
2018 for the purpose of holding a public hearing regarding the FY 2019 Sidewalk Repair
Assessment Program-Zone 8, Contract No. 958, with the bid opening being October 4, 2018.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
