RESOLUTION NO. 2018-694
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF BID
DOCUMENTS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT,
ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1)
2018 TRIPLE COMBINATION PUMPER FOR WATERLOO
FIRE RESCUE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Fire Chief of said city to prepare and file bid documents, specifications, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 2018 Triple Combination
Pumper for Waterloo Fire Rescue, and
WHEREAS, said Fire Chief did file said bid documents, specifications, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 2018 Triple Combination
Pumper for Waterloo Fire Rescue, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on September 17, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said bid documents, specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost,
etc., in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 2018 Triple Combination Pumper for Waterloo
Fire Rescue, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of September 2018.
