RESOLUTION NO. 2018-700
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY19 WET WELL
REHABILITATION PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 907.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Waste Management Director of said city to prepare and file bid documents, specifications, form
of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY19 Wet Well Rehabilitation project, Contract No.
907, and
WHEREAS, said Waste Management Director did file said bid documents,
specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY19 Wet Well Rehabilitation
project, Contract No. 907, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on September 17, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said bid documents, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY19 Wet Well Rehabilitation project, Contract No. 907, are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of September 2018.
