RESOLUTION NO. 2018-701
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY19 WET WELL
REHABILITATION PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 907.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2018-700,bid documents, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost etc., in conjunction with the FYI Wet Well Rehabilitation project,
Contract No.907, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
after the public hearing on September 17, 2018 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of September 2018.
