RESOLUTION NO. 2018-702
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSOLIDATED PUBLIC
SAFETY COMMUNICATIONS 28E AGREEMENT WITH
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, CEDAR FALLS, EVANSDALE,
HUDSON, LA PORTE CITY, DUNKERTON, AND
GILBERTVILLE, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the 28E Agreement dated September 17, 2018, between Black Hawk County, Cedar Falls,
Evansdale, Hudson, La Porte City, Dunkerton, Gilbertville, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for
consolidated public safety communications, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and
directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of September 2018.
