RESOLUTION NO. 2018-704
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRE-CONSTRUCTION
AGREEMENT WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $176,179.24, FOR
PRIMARY ROAD IMPROVEMENTS PERTAINING TO THE
ASPHALT RESURFACING OF US 63 FROM DONALD
STREET TO CITY LIMITS; AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Pre-Construction Agreement dated September 17, 2018, between the Iowa Department of
Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of$176,179.24, for primary road
improvements pertaining to the asphalt resurfacing of US 63 from Donald Street to city limits, is
hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of September 2018.
