RESOLUTION NO. 2018-685
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH RITLAND+KUIPER LANDSCAPE
ARCHITECTS, OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT
NOT TO EXCEED $9,500, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
RECONSTRUCTION OF FRANKLIN STREET, FROM E. 1ST
STREET TO E. 6TH STREET, AS PART OF THE FY 2019
STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM, AND AUTHORIZE
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Professional Services Agreement dated September 10, 2018 between Ritland+Kuiper
Landscape Architects, of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to
exceed$9,500, in conjunction with the reconstruction of Franklin Street, from E. 1st Street to E.
6th Street, as part of the FY 2019 Street Reconstruction Program, is hereby approved and the
Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of September 2018.
