RESOLUTION NO. 2018-686
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
RITLAND+KUIPER LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE LINCOLN PARK RENOVATION
PROJECT, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $74,000, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement dated September 10, 2018
between Ritland+Kuiper Landscape Architects, of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa in conjunction with the Lincoln Park Renovation Project, in an amount not to exceed
$74,000, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lot" day of September 2018.
