RESOLUTION NO. 2018-687
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONSULTING SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH ECOENGINEERS, IN AN AMOUNT NOT
TO EXCEED $11,850, FOR A PRELIMINARY BIOGAS TO
RNG OFFTAKE MARKET ANALYSIS, AND AUTHORIZE
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Consulting Services Agreement dated September 10, 2018,between Ecoengineers and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $11,850, for a preliminary Biogas to
RNG Offtake Market Analysis, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of September 2018.
