RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
SEPTEMBER 17, 2018, TO APPROVE THE REQUEST BY
DEER CREEK DEVELOPMENT FOR A SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT TO THE 44M-2,P" PLANNED
MANUFACTURING DISTRICT FOR LOT LAYOUT
LOCATED WEST OF 3301 GREYHOUND DRIVE, AND
INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 17th day of September
2018, for the purpose of considering and acting upon the request by Deer Creek Development
for a Site Plan Amendment to the "M-2,P" Planned Manufacturing District, to create an
industrial district located west of 3301 Greyhound Drive, Waterloo, Iowa, and setting out the lot
layout.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of September 2018.
