RESOLUTION APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH C
& S CAR COMPANY FOR A 2019 HYUNDAI SANTA FE, VIN
NO. 5NMS33ADOKH005480, TO BE USED BY THE SCHOOL
RESOURCE OFFICERS, FOR A SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD AT
NO COST TO THE CITY, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the lease agreement dated September 4, 2018, between C&S Car Company and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, for a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe, VIN No. 5NMS33ADOKH005480, to be
used by the School Resource Officers, for a six (6) month period at no cost to the City, is hereby
approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of September 2018.
