RESOLUTION NO. 2018-663
RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS OF THE AUDUBON HILLS FIRST
ADDITION, PERFORMED BY DAVE SCHMITT
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA,
AND RECEIVE AND FILE TWO-YEAR MAINTENANCE
BONDS.
WHEREAS, Dave Schmitt Construction Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, performed
work in conjunction with improvements of the Audubon Hills First Addition, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Dave Schmitt Construction Company completed the aforementioned project
in accordance with the construction plans, standards and specifications of this office.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Recommendation of Acceptance of Improvements for work
performed by Dave Schmitt Construction Company, for the improvements of the Audubon
Hills First Addition, is hereby approved, and the two (2) year maintenance bond is hereby
received and filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of September 2018.
