RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2015-187
ADOPTED ON MARCH 9, 2015 TO CORRECT A UTILITY
EASEMENT DESCRIPTION FOR AN ENCROACHMENT
AGREEMENT WITH UNIVERSITY OF IOWA COMMUNITY
CREDIT UNION, AND ADOPT A NEW RESOLUTION
ENTERING INTO AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT
WITH UNIVERSITY OF IOWA COMMUNITY CREDIT
UNION, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Encroachment Agreement, with University of Iowa Community Credit Union dated
September 4, 2018, to allow for the construction of a 9 foot 10 inch monument sign within a
platted 50 foot wide overhead utility line easement located at 930 Tower Park Drive, and legally
described as follows:
COUNTRY CLUB BUSINESS CENTER ADDITION, LOT 2, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA;
by and between University of Iowa Community Credit Union and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that Resolution No. 2015-187 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of September 2018.
