RESOLUTION NO. 2018-672
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH I & S GROUP, INC., IN AN AMOUNT
NOT TO EXCEED $206,390, FOR A BUILDING
SURVEY/ASSESSMENT FOR THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated September 4, 2018, between I & S Group, Inc.
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $206,390, in conjunction with a
Building Survey/Assessment for the City of Waterloo, is hereby approved and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said document in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of September 2018.
