held in the Harold E Getty Council
Chambers in City Hall in said City. The
proposed specifications,bid proposal and
estimate of cost for said bid heretofore
prepared by the.Interim Public Works
Director of the City of Waterloo are now
on file in the office of the City Claris.for
public examination, and any person
interested therein may file written objec-
tion thereto with the City Clerk before the
data set for said hearing,or appear and
make objection thereto with the City Clerk
