LIMITED WARRANTY
TO QUALIFY FOR THIS WARRANTY. This warranty applies to the first retail purchaser
and each subsequent owner during the applicable warranty period. All warranty claims must
have prior approval of Fair, before any repairs are administered, or warranty will be con-
sidered void.
WARRANTY. Fair warrants all Snocrete Snowblowers and Super Haul Auxiliary Snow Body
Inserts (the "Covered Equipment") of Fair's manufacture against defects in materials and work-
manship under normal use for a period of One (1) Year from the date of delivery by the origi-
nal end-user purchaser. This limited warranty shall apply only to machines completely manu-
factured by Fair; parts purchased individually are not included. Vendor component parts and
accessories not of Fair's manufacture, including but not limited to engines, cylinders, clutches,
PTO's, and electrical systems, are warranted by and only to the extent of the original manufac-
turer's warranty.
WARRANTY TERMS. During the limited warranty period specified above, any defect in ma-
terial and workmanship not excluded below shall be repaired or replaced at Fair's option with-
out charge by any authorized independent Fair dealer or by Fair. Fair will not consider any war-
ranty claims submitted without prior approval of repairs. The warranty repair or replacement
by a Fair independent authorized dealer must be made at the dealer's location, and all repair or
replacement by Fair must be made at their corporate offices located in Yankton, South Dakota.
Fair will pay for replacement parts and authorized dealer's labor in accordance with Fair's labor
reimbursement policy. Fair reserves the right to supply remanufactured replacement parts as it
deems appropriate. Anything replaced under warranty becomes the property of Fair and must be
returned to Fair if requested by Fair. All parts replaced under warranty will be considered as
part of the original product, and any warranty on those parts will expire at the same time as the
original product warranty.
PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITY. This limited warranty requires proper maintenance and
periodic inspections of the Covered Equipment as indicated in the Operator's Manual, which is
furnished with each new piece of equipment. The cost of routine or required maintenance is the
responsibility of the retail purchaser. The retail purchaser is required to keep documented evi-
dence that these services were performed. This limited warranty may be subject to cancellation
if the above requirements are not performed. Covered equipment with known failed or defective
parts must be immediately removed from service.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS. The warranties contained herein DO NOT apply to:
1. Any defect, which was caused, in Fair's sole judgment, by other than normal use and
service of the Equipment, or by any of the following: (i) equipment damaged by colli-
sion or other accident; (ii) misuse or negligence; (iii) overloading; (iv) lack of reasona-
ble and proper maintenance; (v) improper repair or installation; (vi) unsuitable storage;
(vii) non-Fair approved alteration or modification; (viii) natural calamities; (ix) vandal-
ism; (x) intake of items other than snow; (xi) parts or accessories installed on the equip-
ment which were not manufactured or installed by Fair authorized dealer; or (xii) the
elements.
