For grocery stores located in a "C-1" Neighborhood Commercial District, loca- ted in an alcohol sales use overlay district,or classified as a limited alcohol sales use,the amendments increase the minimum retail floorspace that a grocery store must meet to qualify for exceptions from use and signage requirements,from 10,000 square feet to 15,000 square feet.
