RESOLUTION NO. 2018-734
RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT,
ETC. AND SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS OCTOBER 11,
2018 AND PUBLIC HEARING AS OCTOBER 15, 2018, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) SNOW
BLOWER FOR THE STREET DEPARTMENT AND INSTRUCT CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Sectionl. That the preliminary specifications, bid document, etc., in conjunction with the
purchase of one (1) snow blower for the Street Department, are approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) snow
blower for the Street Department, be scheduled October 11, 2018 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall,
Waterloo, Iowa
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 15th day of October 2018, to
hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) snow blower for the Street
Department.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1St day of October 2018.
