RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH THE CITY OF CEDAR FALLS FOR
THE FIVE-YEAR CONSOLIDATED ACTION PLAN AS
REQUIRED BY THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF
HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT IN ORDER TO
MAINTAIN THE CEDAR FALLS-WATERLOO HOME
CONSORTIUM AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated October 1, 2018, between the City of Cedar Falls
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the Five-Year Consolidated Action Plan as required by the
United States Department of Housing and Urban Development in order to maintain the Cedar
Falls-Waterloo HOME Consortium, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1St day of October 2018.
