RESOLUTION NO. 2018-754
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH BCS PROPERTIES,
LLC FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTY GENERALLY
LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF HIGHWAY 63
AND WEST RIDGEWAY AVENUE TO AMEND THE START
OF THE 15 YEAR PERIOD OF REBATES, AND AUTHORIZE
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN AND FULLY
EXECUTE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that an Amendment to the Development Agreement dated October 8, 2018, between BCS
Properties, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with the property generally
located at the northeast corner of Highway 63 and West Ridgeway Avenue to amend the start of
the 15 year period of rebates, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of October 2018.
