RESOLUTION NO. 2018-755 RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH BCS PROPERTIES, LLC, AND GAC REAL ESTATE, LLC, FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF LAND GENERALLY DESCRIBED AS THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF HIGHWAY 63 AND WEST RIDGEWAY AVENUE, TO AMEND THE START OF THE 15 YEAR PERIOD OF REBATES, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that an Amendment to the Development Agreement dated October 8, 2018, between BCS Properties, LLC and GAC Real Estate, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with development of land generally described as the northeast corner of Highway 63 and West Ridgeway Avenue, to amend the start of the 15 year period of rebates, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
