RESOLUTION NO. 2018-767
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE A 2019 SNOW
BLOWER FOR JOHN DEERE ENDLOADER.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Interim Public Works Director, to prepare and file specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the purchase of a 2019 Snow Blower for the John Deere Endloader, and
WHEREAS, said Interim Public Works Director, did file said specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of a 2019 Snow Blower for the John Deere
Endloader, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on October 15, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
purchase of a 2019 Snow Blower for the John Deere Endloader, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of October 2018.
