RESOLUTION NO. 2018-768
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF A 2019 SNOW
BLOWER FOR JOHN DEERE ENDLOADER.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2018-767, specifications, form of contract, etc. for the
purchase of a 2019 Snow Blower for John Deere Endloader, have been approved and adopted by
this Council after a public hearing as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said purchase proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of October 2018.
