RESOLUTION NO. 2018-772
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2019 RECYCLING
PROCESSING FACILITY TO SUPPORT THE CITY OF
WATERLOO'S CURBSIDE RECYCLING PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Interim Public Works Director, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2019 Recycling Processing Facility to Support the City of Waterloo's
Curbside Recycling Program, and
WHEREAS, said Interim Public Works Director, did file said plans, specifications, form
of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2019 Recycling Processing Facility to Support the
City of Waterloo's Curbside Recycling Program, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on October 15, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the FY 2019 Recycling Processing Facility to Support the City of Waterloo's Curbside Recycling
Program, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of October 2018.
