RESOLUTION NO. 2018-773
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2019 RECYCLING
PROCESSING FACILITY TO SUPPORT THE CITY OF
WATERLOO'S CURBSIDE RECYCLING PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2018-762, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. for the
FY 2019 Recycling Processing Facility to Support the City of Waterloo's Curbside Recycling
Program, have been approved and adopted by this Council after a public hearing as prescribed by
statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said purchase proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of October 2018.
