RESOLUTION APPROVING 2018 JAG GRANT 42018-DJ-BX-0916
FOR THE FY 2018 EDWARD BYRNE MEMORIAL JUSTICE
ASSISTANCE GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $73,914.00, TO BE
USED IN A JOINT EFFORT BY JURISDICTIONS OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, CITY OF CEDAR FALLS, BLACK HAWK COUNTY
SHERIFF'S OFFICE AND THE BLACK HAWK COUNTY
ATTORNEY'S OFFICE, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE ANY NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 2018 JAG Grant 92018-DJ-BX-0916 for the FY 2018 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice
Assistance Grant in the amount of$73,914.00, to be used in a joint effort by jurisdictions of the
City of Waterloo, City of Cedar Falls, Black Hawk County Sheriffs Office and the Black Hawk
County Attorney's Office is hereby accepted, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute
said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of October 2018.
