RESOLUTION NO. 2018-778
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE
CUSTOMER AGREEMENT WITH SENSYS GATSO USA,
INC., TO PROVIDE THE POLICE DEPARTMENT WITH
ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 1 to the Customer Agreement with Sensys Gatso USA, Inc., to provide the
Police Department with additional equipment is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized
and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of October 2018.
