RESOLUTION NO. 2018-781
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO THE
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH AVITA
DEVELOPMENTS, LLC TO TRANSFER 1.5 ACRES OF LAND,
AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that an Amendment to the original Development Agreement dated July 16, 2018, between Avita
Development, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to transfer 1.5 acres of land, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of October 2018.
