RESOLUTION NO. 2018-787
RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC. AND SETTING THE DATE OF BID OPENING AS
NOVEMBER 8, 2018, AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
NOVEMBER 12, 2018, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2018 PUBLIC
WORKS - OLD CMC BUILDING, ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT,
AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Sectionl. That the preliminary specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the 2018 Public Works - Old CMC Building, Roof Replacement Project, are approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the 2018 Carnegie Annex Roof
Replacement Project, be scheduled for November 8, 2018 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 12th day of November 2018,
to hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the 2018 Public Works - Old CMC Building, Roof
Replacement Project.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
