RESOLUTION NO. 2018-789
RESOLUTION APPROVING CANCELLATION OF
ASSESSMENT FOR 1935 LAFAYETTE STREET IN THE
AMOUNT OF $229.94, AUTHORIZE CITY CLERK TO
NOTIFY BLACK HAWK COUNTY TREASURER OF SAID
CANCELLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the assessment for 1935 Lafayette Street in the amount of$229.94, is hereby abated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessment is hereby cancelled, along with any
penalty and interest accumulated against the amounts, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of October 2018.
