RESOLUTION NO. 2018-791
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONSULTING SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH SHIVE-HATTERY ARCHITECTURE-
ENGINEERING IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $2,250
FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT SERVICES TO
EVALUATE THE EXISTING INTERCEPTOR LINES, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated October 22, 2018, between Shive-Hattery, Inc. of
Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of$2,250, for professional
consultant services to evaluate the existing interceptor lines, is hereby approved and the Mayor is
authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22"d day of October 2018.
