RESOLUTION NO. 2018-795
RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY THE CITY OF
WATERLOO FOR THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF BROCK
3RD ADDITION, A 3-LOT COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION
LOCATED NORTHWEST OF 2010 WEST RIDGEWAY
AVENUE.
WHEREAS, on this 22nd day of October 2018, at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the preliminary plat of Brock 3rd Addition, a 3-lot commercial
subdivision located northwest of 2010 West Ridgeway Avenue, was presented for approval by
the City of Waterloo, and
WHEREAS, said preliminary plat has been previously submitted to and was approved by
the City of Waterloo City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on October 2, 2018,
and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and should receive approval of
this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, the preliminary plat submitted by the City of Waterloo for a 3-lot
commercial subdivision located northwest of 2010 West Ridgeway Avenue, in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of October 2018.
