RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBMISSION OF A DIESEL
EMISSIONS REDUCTION GRANT APPLICATION TO
REPLACE ONE (1) 1999 JOHN DEERE MOTOR GRADER
WITH A TIER 4 2019 EMISSIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the submission of a Diesel Emissions Reduction Grant Application dated October 22, 2018,
in an amount of$87,500 to replace one (1) 1999 John Deere Motor Grader with a Tier 4 2019
Emissions, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of October 2018.
