RESOLUTION NO. 2018-799
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DONATION OF LAND AND
ACCEPTANCE OF QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM ANACAPA
ASSOCIATES, LLC FOR A PROPERTY LOCATED AT 536
DAWSON STREET, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,that the
donation of land described below, and the acceptance of special warranty deed from ANACAPA
Associates to the City of Waterloo for property located at 536 Dawson Street, and legally described
as follows:
THE EAST 33 1/3 FEET OF LOT 21 IN BLOCK 5 IN `BURNSIDE,
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY IOWA.
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute said documents on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of October 2018.
