RESOLUTION NO. 2018-812
RESOLUTION APPROVING CANCELLATION OF
ASSESSMENT FOR 1016 ACKERMANT STREET (PARCEL
NO. 8913-14-454-014) IN THE AMOUNT OF $75.68, AND
AUTHORIZE THE CITY CLERK TO NOTIFY BLACK HAWK
COUNTY TREASURER OF SAID CANCELLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the assessments for 1016 Ackermant Street (Parcel No. 8913-14-454-014) in the amount of
$75.68 for Garbage ($31.43), Sewer($31.74) and Storm ($12.51) fees, are hereby abated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessments are hereby cancelled, along with any
penalty and interest accumulated against the amounts, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5t" day of November 2018.
