RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY THE CITY
OF WATERLOO TO DEDICATE 10,575 SQUARE FEET
(0.242 ACRES) OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY AS RIGHT-
OF-WAY THAT CURRENTLY SERVES AS WEST 4TH
STREET, LOCATED ADJACENT TO 200 WEST 4TH
STREET (FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS CONVENTION
CENTER).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described property:
PARCEL "M" OF THE NE 1/4, SEC. 26, T89N, R13W, CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA;
be and the same is hereby dedicated to make a clear distinction between right-of-way and city
owned property that is not right-of-way, and help in simplifying city maps.
