RESOLUTION NO. 2018-822
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM, OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $8,500, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE SUNNYSIDE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated November 5, 2018, between AECOM Technical
Services of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for engineering and construction
related services in conjunction with the Sunnyside Drainage Improvements, in an amount not to
exceed $8,500, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November 2018.
