RESOLUTION NO. 2018-823
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT AND MINIMUM ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT
WITH GBG, LLC FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A $1,504,820
MEDICAL OFFICE WITH A TAX REBATE AMOUNT OF 85%
FOR A TERM OF THREE YEARS AND FOUR ADDITIONAL
YEARS AT 80%, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Development Agreement and Minimum Assessment Agreement dated November 5,
2018, between CBG, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the construction of a$1,504,820
medical office with a tax rebate amount of 85% for a term of three years and four additional
years at 80%, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute all necessary documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November 2018.
