AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REQUEST JESSE HOVATTER TO
VACATE 5 FEET OF A PLATTED 20 FOOT DRAINAGE AND
UI'1LITY EASEMENT LOCATED ALONG THE SOUTHWESTERLY
PROPERTY LINE OF 1731 CARRIAGE HILL DRIVE, TO ALLOW
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 26' X 32' DETACHED GARAGE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WKIERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
The Northeasterly Five (5) feet of the Twenty (20) foot utility easement as platted along the
Southwesterly line of Lot 27 of Carriage Hill, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
