AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS.
AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE, BY
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN
SECTION 10-4-4, TO APPROVE A REQUEST BY DAHLSTROM
REAL ESTATE FOR A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE "M -
2,P" PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TO ALLOW FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A 200,000 SQUARE FOOT
WAREHOUSE/OFFICE LOCATED WEST OF 3050 WAGNER
ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 10-4-4 of Ordinance No.
5079 as amended, City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to approve a request by
Dahlstrom Real Estate for a a site plan amendment to the to "M -2,P" Planned Industrial District,
to allow for the construction of a 200,000 square foot warehouse/office, located west of 3050
Wagner Road, and legally described as follows:
