HOLDINGS, LLC TO VACATE A 2,009.2 SQUARE FOOT PUBLIC
ALLEY LOCATED NORTHWEST OF 2022 JEFFERSON STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
THE ALLEY BOUNDED ON THE SOUTHEAST BY LOTS NUMBERED FORTY-
ONE (41) AND FORTY-TWO (42), AND ON THE NORTHWEST BY LOTS
NUMBERED FORTY-THREE (43) AND FORTY-FOUR (44), ALL 1N KENWOOD
PARK ADDITION, WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA SUBJECT TO
THE RETENTION OF AN UTILITY EASEMENT OVER, UNDER AND ACROSS
THE ABOVE DESCRIBED AREA.
Shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
