RESOLUTION NO. 2018-836
RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY EASEMENT
AGREEMENT WITH ROOT PROPERTIES, LLC IN THE AMOUNT
OF $573.04, LOCATED AT 4015 UNIVERSITY AVENUE, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE UNIVERSITY AVENUE
RECONSTRUCTION PHASE II PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the Temporary Easement Agreement pertains to the University Avenue
reconstruction Phase II project, and
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall accept certain temporary easements in
conjunction with the University Avenue reconstruction Phase II project, with Root Properties,
LLC in the amount of$573.04, for property located at 4015 University Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TH ECITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Temporary Easement Agreements by and between Root
Properties, LLC in the amount of$573.04, for property located at 4015 University Avenue, and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby accepted and approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of November 2018.
