RESOLUTION NO. 2018-832 RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC., AND SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS DECEMBER 6, 2018 AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS DECEMBER 10, 2018, FOR THE RIVERFRONT STADIUM GROUP SEATING BOXES PROJECT, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS: Sectionl. That the preliminary specifications, bid documents, etc., in conjunction with the Riverfront Stadium Group Seating Boxes Project, are approved. Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the Riverfront Stadium Group Seating Boxes Project, be scheduled for December 6, 2018 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa. Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 10th day of December 2018, to hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the Riverfront Stadium Group Seating Boxes Project. Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of November 2018.
