the Council Chambers in the City Hall in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, a public Printer's Bill $13.27
hearing will.be held by the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, to approve the
request by the City of Waterloo-for-a-site
plan amendment to the"M-2,P'Planned
Industrial District for an updated site plan
for the construction of.a 11,880 square
foot industrial building, located east of
2320 West Airline Highway, legally
described as follows:
MIDPORT AMERICA PARK,PLAT NO.3,
LOT 22
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk,
