RESOLUTION NO. 2018-830
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., SETTING A DATE
OF BID OPENING AS NOVEMBER 29, 2018 AND DATE OF PUBLIC
HEARING AS DECEMBER 3, 2018, FOR THE FY 2019 LEVEE TREE
CLEARING CEDAR RIVER, CONTRACT NO. 968, AND INSTRUCT
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Sectionl. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. for the FY
2019 Levee Tree Clearing Cedar River, Contract No. 968, are approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, FY 2019 Levee Tree Clearing Cedar River, Contract No.
968, be scheduled for November 29, 2018 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 3rd day of December 2018, to
hold a public hearing, for the FY 2019 Levee Tree Clearing Cedar River, Contract No. 968.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
