RESOLUTION NO. 2018-846
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2018 PUBLIC WORKS - OLD
CMC BUILDING, ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
City Forester of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with 2018 Public Works - Old CMC Building, Roof Replacement Project, and
WHEREAS, said City Forester did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the 2018 Public Works - Old CMC Building, Roof Replacement Project, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on November 19th 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the 2018
Public Works - Old CMC Building, Roof Replacement Project, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of November 2018.
